Motion for Relief from Automatic Stay in bankruptcy case for eviction/FED cases. Use when bankruptcy is filed by defendant prior to judgment for possession. A modified version would be used if bankruptcy has been properly pled by defendant after judgement for possession. Must be accompanied by a ledger of payments from Defendant, affidavit of military service for defendant (with proof from Dept. of Defense website.
