File by a party for a courts signature whereas the judge in Florida appoint someone as commissioner of the court and directs the individual to subscribe and attesting witnesses to the writing, personally to come before you and, after being duly sworn, take an oath in the form hereinafter provided regarding the execution of the writing, a copy of which is attached to this Commission, purporting to be the last will of individual deceased, and to certify the oath and return this Commission, copy of will, Oath of Witness, and Certificate of Commissioner to this court without delay.
