This general receipt states the acknowledgement of the payment and how it was paid. 

This bill of sale states the sum of sale and how it was paid for. This states that the property is as is, the buyer was able to inspect the property, and states how any conflict will be disputed if any arise. 

This bill of sale states the sum of dollars, inclusive with all sales tax, for the property being sold as is. This bill of sale also includes the terms and if the response taken if there is a dispute between the seller and buyer. 

This purchase order includes the customers contact information, the description of the item purchased with the tax, shipping charges, discount and purchase total. 

This bill of sale states that the property is being sold on an “AS IS” basis and the Seller explicitly disclaims all warranties. This bill of sale also includes what should take place if there is a dispute between parties.
