This is a power of attorney for child which states all of the care and custody of the minor child to the Attorney-in-Fact. 

This power of attorney for child include who the agent regarding the minor child should be and what powers should be appointed to the agent. 

Power of attorney stating who the agent is, and someone who would become the power of attorney if the first choice is unable to serve as power of attorney. This power of attorney states the full power and authority that the agent should have control over as power of attorney. This document also includes the limitations to the agents authority.
