Motion to Permit Public Defender Representatives Attendance at Autopsy

Motion to preclude the Government from seeking the death penalty against a Defendant who has a reduced mental capacity due to a low IQ. The defense will go into detail how the Defendant’s low IQ affected their mental capacity at the time of the said committed crime, justifying for a lesser sentence.  Act of subjecting said Defendant would violate the Eighth Amendment of the United States Consitution.
