Instructions to set a hearing
  1. Look at the court’s calendar. You may have to go to the courthouse to view the calendar, or it may be available online.
  2. Contact the clerk to schedule a hearing.
  3. Include the date on your notice.
  4. File your motion.
  5. Send notice to the other parties in the case.
